Enhanced toll free routing services provides you not only the benefits of a standard toll free number, but also gives you the ability to tailor how a call is handled to each individual caller while optimizing your business operation.

Some of these advanced features include (but are not limited to):

CallerID Control - Identifies the caller ID for all calls, even if they are blocked. Calls from specific caller ID's can be routed separately. For example, calls from that high dollar client can be routed directly to your most experienced sales team.

Area Code Control - Calls from different area codes can be routed individually. For example, a large national business can utilize 1 toll free number, and still have callers from Phoenix, AZ route to a Phoenix, AZ call center for that personal touch.

Time of Day Routing - Calls can be routed differently based on the time of day or day of week. Utilizing this feature would allow calls to your toll free number to be routed to call center during business hours, and then automatically routed to an off-site messaging service (which Singo Solution can also provide). This feature can also be extended to day of week routing, such as weekends.

This is a list of the most common options that are requested of us for this service, but the only limit to the customization that we can provide to your organization is your imagination.

Advanced Customizations - In addition to basic routing features listed above, there are a number of advanced functions we can program. This includes database dipping for additional routing logic, data collection and verification, ability to incorporate speech to text, custom web interfaces that allow you to change call flow at the click of a mouse and pretty much whatever your business can define.
