To better understand this service, we've outline the various situations where we've been able to help: Collections Industry A number of our clients using our call center technology (hyperlink to CMS) are in the collection business. With our proprietary IT techniques, we are able to process as much as 50,000 "deep" skip traces per day with a relatively low staff. Of course, this is only needed when batched, fully-automated solutions fail. As for the tool used to collect such data, it is completely up to our client - we have agents fully trained on skip tracing tools ranging from free on-line sites to high end solutions provided by companies such as Accurint/LexisNexus and Experian. Cost is dependant the tool used and how much data is to be gathered. A typical client using this service would send us a list of records they wish for us collect additional information on - this can be phone numbers, closes relative, place of employment, etc. This is normally sent after they finish working for the day - typically around 8 pm. Since we have staff in various time zones, we take advantage of our remote sites and have all the new data available by 5 am local time by the next business day so that dialing can begin once more. Because of our ability to use technology in conjunction with a highly trained staff, we found that we can easily slash the cost of manual skip tracing work by half. Educational Industry This service has mainly taken off in the Phoenix Location. Since grading papers does not carry the same security risk as other industries, we are able to tap into our off-shore contacts, thus able to complete the work at low cost. SINGO owns and operates high speed scanners. Student work is picked up from the school, scanned, sent to remote locations where it is then graded and the results emailed to the instructor the very next morning. For schools outside of the Phoenix area, we can also provide a dedicated fax number or physical address for the material which needs to be reviewed. Application Processing During our experience with various telemarketing projects, we found customers in the credit card, student loan and mortgage business requiring key entry of all incoming applications. Once again Singo can step in and help with that key entry work at very competitive rates. Just like the Educational projects, we can accept these applications from faxes or picked up. However, regular mail is discouraged for any applications with sensitive data.
