Sieu
Ngo has been leading Singo since 2005 to provide the
most user-friendly, robust and efficient contact management system
while keeping superior customer service. Sieu achieved his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in Civil Engineering. While in college, his career began as an Industrial Engineer at United Parcel Service, but after 6 years, Sieu soon gravitated towards the Telecom Field where he has serviced and worked for companies such as Cigna HealthCare, CFS, Chase Bank, GE Capital, Countrywide, Toyota Financial, Clearwire International, Capital One, Cox Communications, AT&T, MSA, MCI, Integra Telecom and many more. During his 15+ years in the Telecom industry, he has been formally trained, consulted, deployed and managed solutions from Avaya, Nortel, Genesys and practically every major Telecom vendor and Carrier in this space. It was with this experience that lead him to believe there has to be a better way to integrate all the complexities required in today's modern call center - hence, the creation of Singo and its emphasis to always look at software from a user's perspective. |
