Jill Cape joined Singo eight
years ago and took over client services for medium to large corporate
clients. This included overseeing deployment, billing and ongoing
support for the Blaze product line. Prior to Singo, Jill spent fourteen years in a multi-tenant BPO call center specializing in Telesales, Collections and Customer Care for some of the largest companies in the US. Her original assignmentwas on the GE Capital auto portfolio where she manage fourteen years later. But her role within the company soon moved to many other clients in the financial services and sales community. Jill came out of that experience with a great understanding of the technical, operational and compliance needs for Customer Care, Collections and Telesales. Jill's ability to always have pulse of her clients inevitably manifested itself as a channel to enhance everyone's effectiveness by taking advantage of the many ways Singo's platform has and continues to increase production and efficiency. This is partly accomplished by incorporating her industry and compliance knowledge with Singo’s ability to do automated inbound/outbound IVR flows, reporting, email and fax automation. This skill has put a high demand on Singo's services given the immediate ROI that she has provided to her clients. Jill’s deployments included designing automated surveys, filtering and processing customers into the correct buckets with sophisticated, multi-nested call routing treatments, email/fax campaigns used as customer follow-ups and pre-processing client’s contacts prior to dialing. |
