The Live Agent Monitoring is a VoIP based agent monitoring tool that allows the supervisors and managers to monitor any agent audio and video sessions remotely - and in real time.

Our experience (based on 300,000 agent hours) can double sales in a telemarketing environment and increase collection amounts by over 50%. This is done in conjunction with our coaching tools.

One of our most popular is "whisper" technology. While on the phone, the supervisor or manager can coach the agent on what to say without the customer hearing those messages. In addition, we can also provide text messages to agents via our web interface.
