In addition to developing one of the most advanced call center solutions (BLAZE) in the industry, Singo Solution also created several Avaya/Mosaix PDS add-ons that enhance the PDS functionality and enable the client to improve agent productivity and enhance the customer experience. Although this is now considered legacy software for Singo, many existing Avaya/Mosaix customers have found our tools invaluable. These tools include:

All of our Avaya Add-On products were tested in an 800+ agent seat center with as many as 1,400 employees. That's what stands apart from most software companies - we use our own product. As we get feed back from our management team from the various call center industries (Collections, Telesales, Customer Service), we improve on our product and make sure it's stable prior to launching it to the general public.

This ensures that you get a quality product - one tested in a true world environment. Other vendors test using QA models - but nothing compares to a real world deployment in a large center on a large scale.
