Our Digital Voice Recorder is a web-based product that can handle a handful of agents to centers who demand upwards of 100,000 recordings in a single day. It is one of the most user friendly and scalable digital voice recording systems for the Avaya PDS system.

All that is required to run is a custom application (which we can provide) and the use of our Softphone technology.

The recordings are in standard MP3 file formats, which allows the client to access and play their recordings from anywhere. The query interface allows you to easily query any account - you can filter through the calls by Account Number, Call Date, Call Time, Call Length, ANI, DNIS, Agent ID, and/or Release Code.
