Singo Carrier Services
Want to increase your contact rates by 25% ? Paying too much for long distance? Sick of long term Carrier Contracts? Unable to Control Caller ID? Singo provides Carrier Services – but we are not just any ordinary carrier. We specialize in T1’s specific to your dialer to increase contacts while lowering cost. The benefits:
How Does It Work? Singo provides a VoIP gateway at your facility – this server provides T1 connections back to your dialer. We configure our lines to match with your existing system and provide an interface to change Caller ID on the fly. Doesn’t matter what type of circuits on your system – PRI or not, you can still control what is displayed to your customers. As for the numbers themselves, we can help your company purchase as many DID’s across the US and Canada. All numbers are then consolidated back to your call center when the customer calls back.

pds@singosolutions.com Questions and Answers: Q. What is Best Fit Calling? A. A patent pending ability for us to look at the number being dialed and determine what caller id would most likely result in a successful contact for the specific number being dialed. Logic used is designed specific for each industry and business. We will work with your team to determine the best rotation and triggers that should be used to increase your contact rate. Q. What is Least Cost Routing? A. Allows you to take advantage of calling your local area for free by using our VoIP gateway to segment all local traffic to your PRI. Let's say your office is located in Dallas and 20% of your calls are in that area. You'll be able to hook your local T1 up to our VoIP gateway and bypass your normal long distance charges. If the local call volumes are high, it can overflow to our network at the 1.5 cents rate so that you don’t over purchase the amount of local T1’s. To take advantage of our caller id controls, we highly recommend a PRI circuit, however we can work with any T1. Q. Where are your data centers? A. Singo has partnered with a number of telecom carriers to handle your traffic. The data centers and network hubs are located at major collocations in Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, Dallas, Syracuse and Salt Lake City. Q. Are there any compliance issues with using area codes from other states? A. As long as you own the numbers (Singo can help w/ the purchase of as many DID’s as you would like) and the numbers are routed back to your call center for treatment, there should be no issues. This is becoming a common practice for call centers as opposed to the older method of using a single/static DID. Most companies experience an immediate lift in contacts once there is a rotation in place by using our gateway– especially if we are replacing a toll free number. Most consumers know not to answer those types of calls. Q. What do we need at our facility to get this service? A. T1’s are optional – we highly recommend companies get rid of their existing contracts and voice T1’s as this is just a wasted expense when using our system. All that is required for this service is a dependable internet connection. We can help you perform connectivity testing to determine how many calls your existing internet line can handle. We also don’t lock our customers into lengthy contracts. Other than the internet connection for your voice call, the only additional requirement is rack space and an IP for our VoIP gateway. The logic used for this system is part of a patented process we use for our own predictive dialer. Q. What internet bandwidth is required? A. We average between 36 to 38 lines per T1 (1.5Megs). Once we perform a connectivity test, we can give an exact number of lines without compromising voice quality. | ||||||||||||||||||||
